"When I tell people I'm from Wisconsin, they call it the cheese state. I loved working with Melanie Griffith. I think she's one of the sexiest women in the world. I was kind of a jock, but I had a friend who was an amazing piano player and another friend who was a great writer, and we used to make movies together." |

Bradford G. Beyer, Jr. (born September 20, 1973) is an American actor. He played the role of farmer Stanley Richmond in the television drama series Jericho during the 2006-2007 and 2008 seasons. The show's dedicated, cohesive, and creative fan base succeeded in bringing it back after its first cancellation, but could not find enough additional support during the 2008 season for CBS to order more episodes. Stanley was one of the show's most popular characters.
His first brush with acting was in a University of Minnesota acting class for non-theater majors, but by the time he left college, his professor was encouraging him to go to New York as an actor. A positive review of his appearance in an off-Broadway production, "The Chili Queen", caught the attention of a casting director who called him in to read for two films on the same day. He got both roles, "Crazy in Alabama" and "The General's Daughter".

In 1997, he was cast as a police officer in James Mangold's "Cop Land" but the majority of his part was edited out of the final version. A supporting role in the indie film "Enough Already" (1998) followed before the actor delivered his breakthrough 1998 Beyer earned strong notices from the critics and caught the attention of a prominent casting director who, in turn, recommended him for "The General's Daughter" where he was noticed for his charismatic screen presence in the one scene he was in and his acting career took off. In 1999, proving that he was not one to abandon his theatrical roots, Brad returned to the New York stage in the Off-Broadway production Wonderland.
Beyer's other roles include guest appearances on Law & Order, Sex and the City and CSI Miami, as well as minor roles in the films The General's Daughter and Sorority Boys.
